PROS FRIENDLY: On exit from an amazing meal, we touched base with the manager and gave our elevator pitch about why PROS and their patrons are valued members of the community. We will be following up soon to share some education and resources, and of course – a red umbrella sticker.

COB SALAD It was really good, the dressing had a good light tangy taste – at first we thought there was no dressing on it (PROS like it saucy) but it turned out to be the perfect amount. The bacon was crispy, the lettuce was fresh and the whole salad was a meal in itself. Typically not a fan of blue cheese crumble but with all of the flavors, it worked really well – worth ordering again.

PEPPERONI PIZZA We believe the crust was made in-house, whatever magic they did in the kitchen with their wood grill was magic. Meat and sauce ratios were spot on – this is a must-have.

SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP Again the dough – rosemary flavored and delicious! This warmed dip is one of the better ones in the city, a really great serving size makes this a great choice for a shared dish.

HARVEY WALLBANGER As an inside joke, and a desire for creamsicle tasting screwdrivers – you will find us often asking – “Can you make a Harvey Wallbanger” – to our glee – 5th street nailed it, and we will be back for more!

SERVICE Our waitress was friendly, and checked in but was not someone who annoyingly hovered. We appreciated her approach as we were two old friends catching up on a variety of topics after not seeing each other for a year. She was intuitive and provided great service.

AMBIANCE It was pretty full, but the parking lot did have a spot so that was nice – we haven’t always been so lucky as this is a popular spot in town. We sat at the front of the restaurant at a nice table that had a good distance from other tables. Sometimes PROS get a little excited when talking about our community, and as we were ending our meal, the guest at the next table came over to introduce themselves. “hey I’m sorry I was eavesdropping and I’m loving everything you’re talking about can you tell me more!!!!”

We look forward to visiting again very soon – thanks 5th street
